JOB REQUIREMENT

Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Project Management or Law.
Minimum of 8 years experience in a major project environment within the oil and gas industry, with exposure in business and contract management including project controls, cost and schedule development, tender preparation and contract management and 4 years being part of multi-discipline and multi-cultural teams and as Lead of Claims for megaprojects.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Support the delivery of the Commercial management plan for Onshore Project.
Responsible for providing technical, commercial and functional direction related to all aspects of overall Claims Avoidance and Management, including the formulation and administration of strategies, associated governance, claims register, internal position papers, Company position papers, health checks and case files, and coordinating overall project responses in relation to the EPC Contract (LNG Facilities).
Work with Delay analysts to conduct delay analsys required to support Company positioning in terms of response strategies to potential or active claims as the case may be.
Carry out Contract Entitlement Assessments and laise with Legal to ensure alignment on assessment outcome.
Support the development of Post-Award Contract Management Strategies and Scenarios for EPC-1 Project
