Job description

Great opportunity to work as a HSSE Lead (Jacket) for an E&P Company on a flagship Greenfield Offshore Project, providing HSSE support & services to the project's offshore activities within the jacket discipline and area of expertise.

The role will be based at Karimun Island (Indonesia) on a 6/2 rotation for 2 years on a fixed term contract.

Key Responsibilities:

  • The inspection and audit of all offshore fabrication activities.
  • Assessing risk assessments and hazard analyses
  • Assisting in the Investigation of all HSSE incidents and reporting the results in line with Company requirements
  • Providing HSSE training as required to Company staff and contractors
  • Performing HSSE Walkarounds
  • Reporting HSSE events into Synergi
  • Compiling and analysing HSSE data and statistics to produce regular HSSE reports
  • Conducting HSSE meetings as required
  • Establishing communication and campaigns on matters pertaining to HSSE
  • Ability to assess a Permit to Work system
  • Develop contractor bridging documents and setting KPIs
  • Contribute to HAZID/ENVID/HAZOP studies

Key Requirements:

  • The candidate must have had experience of working overseas in an international oil and gas project.
  • Candidate should have experience working with international contractors
  • Experience in developing and drafting HSSE Documentation
  • Knowledge of various international HSSE Incident investigation systems any one of SCAT, TopSet or Taproot
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Driving safety training
  • Inspection and auditing experience
  • Experience with Permit to work
  • Experience with HAZID / ENVID, HAZOP and ALARP Demonstration
  • Experience with SIMOPs and MOPO
