HR Professional (Special Projects)
Contract - flexibility with hours of work
Salary from £29,245 - £36,547 per annum + extensive benefits
Hybrid Working - Dunfermline Office/Home based rotation

Our client operate and manage the Sports and Leisure facilities in Fife on behalf of Fife Council and enjoy contributing to "Health and Fitness for All" in the Fife Area. They are seeking a well organized and efficient HR Professional to join their busy HR Team to assist with Special Projects on a contract basis.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline
CIPD qualified

Experience:
* Proven HR professional with significant generalist experience including resourcing/talent acquisition, reward, talent development, change management, project management and employee relations.
* Experience of project management and prioritising deliverables to independently manage concurrent and multiple business change projects.

Duties include:
* Developing and implementing people plans, initiatives and processes in order to support our people and management teams across several locations.
* Building strong relationships in order to deliver our strategic objectives.
* Supporting and developing internal communications.
* Analysing data, building insight and understanding the organisation, making recommendations and implementing associated changes to improve processes and enhance performance.
