HR Business Partner
Location - Ashton Vale, Bristol, BS3 2HQ
Rate - £450 per day Umbrella PAYE
Contract - 6 months+
Hybrid working - onsite 1 or 2 days per week

Our client, an International Engineering Support Business is seeking to source a qualified HR Business Partner for a 6 months+ contract role.


Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline


Experience:

* Proven HR Business Partner, with significant generalist experience including resourcing/talent acquisition, reward, talent development, change management, and employee relations.
* Demonstrates commercial awareness with a good understanding of the business environment including customers, competitors, etc.
* Experience in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.
* Experience of project management and prioritising deliverables to independently manage concurrent and multiple business change projects and day to day operations simultaneously.
* Experience with a HR Shared Services model and HR Information Systems (i.e. Success Factors).
* Ideally experience of working in a Technology or Engineering based organisation, but not essential.
* In-depth knowledge and experience of TUPE legislation and Transfers essential

The Role

We are transforming our business and we need you to support our key leaders in forging new paths, and leading their teams through exciting, but sometimes challenging change. You'll be a key partner in Owning and Delivering our ambitious people agenda. As part of the HR team, you'll partner our Discipline and Function Directors within our Matrix organisation, as well as supporting the roll out of all new change programmes.


Duties include:

* Supporting the development of the people agenda, championing employee engagement initiatives, and acting as an advocate for your business area.
* Developing and implementing the associated people plan, initiatives and processes for your business area, to build a healthy, high-performing organisation.
* Building strong and influential relationships with key stakeholders, including trade union and employee representatives and colleagues across the sector, to deliver our strategic objectives.
* Implementing an innovative and engaging talent strategy for all of our colleagues.
* Coaching managers to improve their impact as leaders, and enabling them to resolve complex employee cases, seeking legal advice where required.
* Leading and developing the HR Advisor for the business area and supporting the wider People Team.
* Supporting and developing internal communications.
* Encouraging diversity of thought and promoting an inclusive working environment.
* Analysing data, building insight and understanding of your business area, making recommendations and implementing associated changes to improve processes and enhance performance.
* Partner with the business to ensure that the appropriate procedures and best practice is adhered to. Manage significant change within the business including redundancies and TUPE transfers.
