Our priorities are change, and with every incremental or step change, we're creating a business that is more people-centred, higher performing, and easier to thrive in. As part of the HR team, you'll partner our Discipline and Function Directors within our Matrix organisation, as well as supporting the roll out of all new change programmes.

Duties include:

* Supporting the development of the people agenda, championing employee engagement initiatives, and acting as an advocate for your business area.

* Building strong and influential relationships with key stakeholders, including trade union and employee representatives and colleagues across the sector, to deliver our strategic objectives.
* Implementing an innovative and engaging talent strategy for all of our colleagues.

* Supporting and developing internal communications.
* Encouraging diversity of thought and promoting an inclusive working environment.
* Analysing data, building insight and understanding of your business area, making recommendations and implementing associated changes to improve processes and enhance performance.
