Job description

Our client is currently seeking an experienced HR and Administration Manager to join their team on a permanent, full-time basis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Formulate a corporate philosophy based on the Group's Management Principles and install it to employees

  • Build up trustful relationship between management and employees by addressing demands, grievances or other issues

  • Nurture a positive working environment to attract and retain good people

  • Managing and training the HR team

  • Supervision of the operation of corporate bodies such as the General Meeting of Shareholders and the Board of Directors

  • Overseeing the recruitment, selection and onboarding process

  • Accessing the need for training and then designing and implementing training programs accordingly

  • Setting and reviewing pay structures and benefit programs

  • Establishment of company policies and employment regulations and ensuring that a company's procedures comply with legal requirement

  • Design and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance

Skills & Experience

  • Degree in Human Resources or related field

  • 10+ years' experience in a similar role

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with several stakeholders

  • Previous experience working within a manufacturing company is desirable but not essential

The position offers an excellent remuneration package as well as performance bonuses and a car allowance.
