HR Analyst

Our client is currently recruiting for the position of HR Analyst, based in Aberdeen.

Responsibilities:
* Building out salary planning spreadsheet for Germany - with full merit matrix and ability to model options
* Updating LTIP spreadsheet awards, presenting data for Finance and then mail merging to a letter
* Reviewing bonus spreadsheets and pay ranges
* Updating our HRIS - pulling reports, updating power BI sheets
