Job description

HR Administrator

We are looking for a highly organised and motivated HR Administrator to join our client's growing team. In this role, you will provide a variety of administrative support tasks to the HR department, ensuring the smooth running of our people management processes.

Responsibilities

  • New starter induction and on-boarding administration
  • Maintaining and updating HR systems and databases
  • Processing employee expenses
  • Drafting correspondence and completing administrative tasks as required
  • Acting as a point of contact for employee queries, directing them to the relevant advisor
  • Supporting with medical appointment bookings
  • Assisting with HR projects
  • Contributing to ensuring the HR department is compliant with all relevant legislation
  • Training administration, including processing requests, booking courses, and logging completions
  • Managing absence reporting
  • Coordinating weekly and monthly time recording
  • Arranging HR team meetings and other ad hoc meetings

Skills and experience

  • Excellent administrative skills
  • A strong willingness to learn and follow HR processes and procedures
  • Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records
  • Excellent prioritising and organisational skills
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • A positive and adaptable attitude
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • HR administration experience or experience in a data-driven environment is desirable
