Job description

Our client is currently recruiting for the position of HR Administrator, based in Aberdeen.

Responsibilities:
* Updating and maintaining accurate records of employee information in relevant systems
* Preparing employment documents (e.g. Offer Letters, Contract of Employment, Amendment to T&CS)
* Administering the onboarding process for new hires
* Administering the offboarding process for leavers
* Collating and preparing relevant employee information for Payroll
* Collating and administrating HR data for internal and external requirements
* Providing administrative support to the recruitment process (e.g. uploading vacancies, scheduling of interviews)
* Assist in organizing employment events (e.g. Career Fairs)
* Assist employees with HR-related inquiries:
* Any other duties as deemed appropriate by HR Business Partner

Experience & Qualifications:
* IT literate
* Desirable but not essential - use of HRIS
