Job description


Our client is currently recruiting for the position of HR Administrator, based in Aberdeen.

Responsibilities:
* Develop a working knowledge of HR
* Support the HR Team with all administrative duties in relation to the employee life cycle, including benefits
* Contribute to the maintenance of HR information systems
* Interface with external Payroll provider to ensure accurate information monthly
* Support with the induction / new starter process for both staff and contractors
* Assist with special projects and other duties as directed
* Provide administration support in relation to HR policies and procedure
* Any other ad hoc duties

Experience & Qualifications:
* Degree qualified or working towards - Business or Human Resources Management
* A genuine interest in Human Resources Management
* Strong interpersonal skills
* Excellent written and oral communication skills
* Initiative and problem-solving skills
* Attention to detail
* Strong analytical skills
* Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
* Strong team player
* Knowledge of Oracle HR Database
* Oil &Gas industry experience
* Working toward CIPD qualification
