Job description

Our client is currently recruiting for the position of Corporate Compliance Manager, based in Aberdeen.

Responsibilities:
* Monitor to assure compliance with UK and International regulatory requirements, Company Policy, Standards, Objectives and Plans
* Support country management teams to implement Company Policy, Strategy, Objectives and Plans
* Collaborate with Legal, HSSEQ and HR Departments to monitor enforcement of standards and regulations
* Ensure that all assurance activites are recorded, tracked and managed to satisfactory conclusion in the company's assuance management module.
* Facilitate KNOC audits of the company and manage Shareholder audit findings to conclusion, within the company's systems.
* Communicate learnings from corporate and country assurance activities to wider the company's organisation where appropriate
* Report corporate and country assurance activity KPIs to audit committee and the company's Board.
* Develop effective and practical solutions to assist the company's compliance improvement.
* Support with country regulatory bodies requirements and prepare reports as appropriate.
* Ensure that all corporate assurance activites are budgeted and monitor expenditues to ensure cost effective delivery within agreed financial limits

Experience & Qualifications:
* Lead Management Systems Auditor Qualified
* Management System Development and Experience
* Oil and Gas experience ideally gained in an upstream operating environment
* Demonstrates management experience with a reputation for creating an environment that fosters commitment to a common vision and openness of knowledge sharing.
