Job description

Our client is currently recruiting for the position of Contracts Analyst, based in Aberdeen.

Responsibilities:
* Support PSCM Manager on a wide range of planned and ad hoc delegated tasks in support of the PSCM function.
* Organize and prepare content & subsequent MoM for monthly contracts meeting with business.
* Be responsible for managing and maintaining the company's 'Supplier Corner' documentation.
* Support the Contracts Specialist with Invitation to Tender and Prequalification work.
* Prepare and issue all Contract Call-off PO's and associated PO Amendments relating to the company's Term Contracts.
* Support the PSCM Team with RFQs and pre-qualification enquiries.
* Support the Procurement Specialist on sourcing issuance of PO's on an as and when needed basis and provide leave cover as necessary.
* Manage all new Vendor form requests with the company's Business and Finance.
* Facilitate resolution of invoice queries from the company's Finance and Contractors.
* Work with the company's Finance to periodically close-out services orders.
* Support the PSCM Team with both internal and external contract audit reviews.
* Updating PSCM contracts folders and Maximo database as required.
* Assist PSCM Team with document approvals through Adobe.
* Maintain evidence of insurance cover files for all of the company's Term Contracts.
* Run regular and unplanned Power- BI reports on contract portfolio status.
* Become Maximo Super User for PSCM function.
* Liaise with the company's Legal, Insurance, Tax / Treasury and Finance as required on any contractual / insurance / coding issues to support PSCM Team.
* Liaise with OEUK, NSTA and Achilles / SEQual as required.

Experience & Qualifications:
* Degree level Business/Management or Law.
* Ambition and drive to attain MCIPS accreditation.
* Oil and Gas SCM experience gained in Upstream operating and project execution environments with an Operator or with Tier 1 Contractor.
* Knowledge of 'Contract to Close and 'Purchase to Pay' process in operating and / or project execution.
* Knowledge of Maximo or SAP procurement systems.
* Knowledge of Power-BI reporting tool and Microsoft365, Microsoft TEAMS and One Note would be beneficial.
