Orion Group Life Sciences are looking for a Clinical Supply Chain Coordinator for our Multinational Pharmaceutical/Biotechnology client based in Breda. Initial 12-month contract, with high possibility of extension. Hybrid position.

What will you do

We are looking Clinical Supply Chain Coordinator for the Global Clinical Customer Service Team based in Breda. The successful candidate will ship (under limited supervision) efficient and in compliance with clinical regulatory requirements clinical supplies to our customers.

Responsibilities

  • General:

    • Provide distribution support to the planning and Logistics Service Providers teams

  • Sales Order management:

    • Create and Process Clinical Drug Shipments.

    • Create or coordinate obtaining of necessary shipping documentation.

    • Track and trace shipments and closure of Proof of Receipt (POR).

  • Stock Transfer Order Management (STOs):

    • Schedule and Process STOs.

    • Create or coordinate obtaining of necessary shipping documentation.

    • Track and trace shipments and ensure smooth delivery to Logistics Service Provider.

    • Resolve shipping issues.

  • Temperature data review and assessment:

    • Perform review of temperature data for shipments with specific temperature requirements.

    • Execute temperature assessment and complete record Right First Time and in timely matter.

    • Support performance of data analysis, trending and corrective actions

  • Other activities:

    • Participate in international, cross functional meetings.

    • Support and manage Reconciliation and returns of medicinal products.

    • Support projects to improve our distribution capabilities.

Requirements

  • MBO education with 4 years relevant working experience / preferably supply chain experience or HBO education (Bachelor) + 1-2 years relevant working experience / preferably supply chain experience.

  • SAP knowledge (or other relevant ERP systems).

  • Good MS Excel and Outlook skills.

  • Customer focused.

  • Results oriented, strong adherence to timelines.

  • Ability to handle multiple responsibilities and priorities simultaneously in a fluid environment with time pressures.

  • Accurate and attention to detail.

  • Process-oriented.

  • Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal). Dutch is a PLUS.

  • Ability to interface effectively at all levels with international peers and departments.

  • Applies experience and judgment to make decisions or resolve issues within or outside defined options or standard protocols.

  • Anticipated problems and recognizes when to deviate from the standard practices.

  • Sets priorities within general guidelines.

  • Ability to operate in a team and strongly-matrixed environment.

  • Analytical skills.
