Job description

We are recruiting for a Change Manager to Support and advise Project Managers and the Supply chain with the application of requirements, policies, procedures and the standards required to implement change control. This will be for Sizewell C (SZC). You will work with Project Controls Managers and Change Managers to ensure Programmes are identifying, assessing, and implementing changes effectively. You'll also provide support to the Project Control Management Team in the production of monthly reports through the provision of intelligent information and analysis. Key responsibilities will be:

  • Manage Programmes/Directorates/Functions ‐ Baseline, Potential Changes and Change Requests and facilitate all related B&C activities

  • Advise on all B&C scope to your Programme Controls Manager, Programme Director, and Sub‐Programme, Project and Sub‐Project Managers

  • Support to all groups on all aspects of Baselines and Change

  • Responsible for the B&C initiatives / improvement workstreams you are leading to the agreed schedule and deadlines

  • Supporting other programmes with their B&C activities when they request assistance

Here's what you'll need :

  • Educated to at least degree level, or equivalent training and experience

  • Understanding of CAPEX infrastructure programmes/projects

  • Experience of shaping and developing strategic changes through management of large programmes

  • Experienced in managing contractors, consultants, and other advisors throughout large & complex construction programmes in a regulated environment

  • Achieved Membership / Fellow / Certified Fellow status with one or more professional institutions

  • Knowledge of data analysis, report development, data warehouses/lakes and Power BI
