Administrative Business Support Assistant - London
Leading Energy Company is seeking a highly organised and motivated Administrative Business Support Assistant to join our team in London.

In this position, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our business by providing comprehensive administrative support to various functions and departments. You will be a key point of contact, fostering strong relationships with colleagues across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver efficient administrative support to assigned functions/departments.
* Manage calendars for senior leaders, scheduling meetings and ensuring smooth execution.
* Coordinate internal and external meetings, including investor and banking engagements.
* Create and maintain accurate reports, presentations, and documentation adhering to Harbour branding.
* Manage travel arrangements, accommodation, and offsite meetings/events.
* Assist with finance activities such as purchase requisitions, vendor onboarding, and accounts payable.
* Facilitate onboarding and offboarding of new and departing staff.
* Collaborate with the wider administrative team to deliver a seamless and high-quality service.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
* Demonstrable experience as an Administrative Assistant within a UK-based organisation.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Outlook, Teams).
* Strong commitment to professionalism and exceptional customer service.
* High ethical standards, sound judgement, and discretion.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a positive and proactive approach.
* Confidence in interacting with senior management.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
* Awareness of Harbour Energy HSES policies and Business Management System (BMS).
* Understanding of Harbour Energy Values & Business Principles.
