Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager with a proven track record in selling custom solutions in the healthcare sector. As a key member of our high growth team, you will be responsible for winning new business and expanding our presence in the healthcare sector. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, possessing a hunter mentality, and excelling in custom solutions sales.

You will be selling custom porous solutions to major players in the healthcare sector. Your strategic focus will extend to collaborating with internal teams, including product marketing, product development, operations, and the innovation team, to ensure seamless execution of business development strategies. The successful candidate will possess strong analytical skills to conduct market analysis, prioritize opportunities, and contribute to pricing decisions and strategic positioning. Active participation in industry conferences and exhibitions will complement your efforts in building and expanding a robust network within the healthcare sector.
