Job description
The Big Hits Program Coordinator role involves providing administrative support and coordination for the inspection and testing of critical equipment during project phases. This includes meticulous data management, communication with stakeholders, and collaboration across teams to ensure a smooth start-up.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Management: Maintain and update the Big Hits Program list with accuracy using Excel.
- Communication: Act as a liaison between teams to track big hits status and facilitate alignment.
- Coordinate Inspections: Work with teams to ensure completion of inspections.
- Escalation: Identify and escalate unresolved items to stakeholders.
- Reporting: Generate status reports on program progress.
- Support: Provide administrative assistance to the team.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with various teams for program activities.
Requirements include:
- Administrative Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel.
- Attention to Detail: Maintain accuracy in data management.
- Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication.
- Organizational Skills: Manage tasks and meet deadlines.
- Team Player: Collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- Knowledge of LNG Operations: Familiarity with LNG plant operations is advantageous.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or related field.
- 5 years of technical experience.
- EIT or Instrumentation Technologist background is beneficial.
Additional Requirements:
- Must be currently legal/able to work in Canada (i.e., Canadian citizenship, permanent residency, or valid work permit)
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Comfortable with heights and confined spaces.
- Compliance with safety policies and procedures.
- Completion of pre-screening assessments.
- Hold a Valid Driver's license.
- Fly-in, fly-out rotation role.
- Flexibility for varied work hours.
