Job description

Job Title: Behavioural Safety Coach
Location: Offshore, North Sea

Overview:
Behavioural Safety Coach to join Aberdeen client's offshore team for 6 months on a 2/2 rotation.
Responsibilities:
Participate and present at Contractor site HSE meetings to facilitate sharing of best practices and learnings.
Participate in the weekly contractor safety calls
Conduct site visits to understand how tool box talks, hazard identification and risk assessment are landing and develop action plans to improve where required
Train, mentor, advise and assist site personnel in the implementation of required action items
Influencing personnel, organisationally both more senior and junior, without direct authority.
Personal skills, the ability to coach and mentor, are more critical than technical capabilities.

Qualifications:
BOSIET/MIST/Medical
NEBOSH General Certificate or Diploma (or equivalent).
