We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our client's growing team. You will play a vital role in supporting a team of 12-15 professionals, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations.
What You'll Do:
* Handle SAP requisitions and invoicing with precision and timeliness.
* Organize and coordinate meetings and workshops, ensuring all logistics are in place.
* Manage calendars and schedules for optimal time management.
* Assist in the preparation and distribution of reports and various documents.
* Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodation, and transportation.
What We're Looking For:
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
* Familiarity with Microsoft Teams and SharePoint a plus.
* Strong organizational and time management skills.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Experience with SAP is a benefit, but training will be provided.
