Job description

The Service Provider shall coordinate, validate, and supervise all SPS Integration Testing activities by:


·Establish with SPS Contractor Integration Testing Planning and Schedule
·Ensure that the internal interfaces with other SPS entities ( Planning, Disciplines and
Fabrication) are adequately handled.
·Identify all equipment and tooling for testing purposes and coordinate deliveries for testing purposes and final deliveries
·Integrate the Testing Schedule on the Overall Package Schedule identifying criticality and synergy
·Coordinate and revise, in conjunction with other COMPANY Pack age Leaders, all integration testing
procedures issued by the Contractor/s.
·Follow up and manage as COMPANY Representative on the test site, all integration testing of the SPS Package, including EFAT, stack up Tests, SIT, etc
·Ensure that all materials and equipment will be available for the testing as well as ensure that procedures, Test HAZID, and all engineering/safety activities are completed before testing
·Provide daily reports of the testing activities and then follow up on possible punch list items ensuring the close up in coordination with Package Engineers and Quality.

The Service Provider will also:


·Assess and monitor the Technical Qualification Program and ensure all technologies employed for
the SPS Equipment are qualified for the intended purpose and conditions
·Supervise Qualification and Testing activities with the technical assistance of the SPS discipline leaders
·Shall monitor the impact of the qualification and testing program on the SPS schedule

QUALIFICATIONS & E XPERIENCE REQUIRED

-Qualification: High experience and technical expertise in TotalEnergies SPS Execution Testing
-Professional Experience: At least 20 years
-Experience within a project: At least 15 years
