Project Quantity Surveyor - Join an exciting High Profile Project

Are you an experienced quantity surveyor looking for your next challenge? Our client, a thriving International Civils contractor based in the heart of the Highlands, is seeking a talented and driven individual to join their team as Project Quantity Surveyor. This role offers fantastic career prospects within the civil engineering sector and the opportunity to work on a High Profile Project.

Job Description:
As the Project Quantity Surveyor, your primary responsibility will be to manage all aspects of cost management on assigned projects from inception through completion. You'll need excellent analytical skills coupled with experience working closely with the Project Commercial Manager and other project professionals such as or engineers.

Qualifications & Skills Required
* A degree-level qualification in Quantity Surveying
* Previous experience working within the built environment/civil engineering industry;
* Strong oral communication and interpersonal skills are required due to daily interaction between clients;

Responsibilities include but not limited too,
● Preparing tender documents including bills quantities using relevant software packages where necessary;
● Liaising regularly with contractors sub-contractors suppliers site managers/agents so that contracts can run smoothly;

Duration:
This is a 12 month project, however there is a possibility of an additional 12 month extension.

Salary:
The successful candidate will receive a salary upto £65k annum depending upon qualifications and previous experiences. The client is open to applicants seeking a permanent or contracting role.
