Partner Plus are delighted to be retained by a global leader in industrial air filtration and environmental solutions for a Director of Sales to join their North American leadership team based in Hebron, Kentucky.
Our client is a well-established international manufacturing business with a strong reputation for delivering high-performance engineered solutions into heavy industrial markets. With a strong European heritage and ever growing North American presence, the company partners with customers across industries including power generation, minerals processing, cement, steel, manufacturing and other industrial sectors to improve environmental performance and air quality.
This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially driven sales leader to play a key role in driving revenue growth, developing strategic customer relationships and leading a high-performing sales team across North America.
In this role, you’ll:
• Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans aligned with regional and global business objectives.
• Lead, mentor and develop Regional Sales Managers and customer service teams to drive performance and growth.
• Build and strengthen strategic relationships with key industrial customers across North America.
• Collaborate closely with international colleagues and global key account teams.
• Drive CRM adoption and sales process improvements to enhance efficiency and reporting.
• Develop KPIs, monitor sales performance and ensure achievement of order intake and revenue goals.
• Support trade shows, customer visits and strategic sales initiatives across the region.
• Promote a value-based sales approach focused on technical expertise and long-term customer partnerships.
• Travel across North America to support customers, coach teams and identify new business opportunities.
What We’re Looking For:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technical Discipline or related field and/or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in industrial sales leadership within engineered products, process equipment, filtration, manufacturing or related industries.
• Strong track record of driving revenue growth and leading high-performing sales teams.
• Experience selling into industrial manufacturing environments and engaging with plant managers, engineers, maintenance and operations teams.
• Strategic yet hands-on leadership style with the ability to influence internally and externally.
• Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills and customer relationship management capabilities.
• Experience working within international or matrix organisations is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with CRM systems such as HubSpot and ERP systems such as SAP is advantageous.
• Willingness to travel extensively across North America.
