Partner Plus is proud to be retained by a leading filtration and process equipment manufacturer, part of a global engineering group, in their search for an Applications Engineer to develop and drive the technical selling activities to achieve the growth goals for this business.

Our client designs and supplies advanced filtration, separation, and coalescing solutions to the refining, oil & gas, power, chemical, and wider process industries. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised and technically capable Project Manager to play a key role in coordinating large capital orders, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

Technical Competence & Experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree in engineering, science, or related field
  • Filtration or separation product specific experience preferred
  • Extensive technical experience in Static Equipment and Skid Packages engineering, with strong proficiency in pressure vessel design and 3D modeling tools, including PVElite or Compress, Autodesk Inventor, and AutoCAD
  • Hands-on experience in the development of layouts and skid-based design solution
  • In-depth knowledge of global market dynamics, particularly in regions like Europe and the Middle East
  • The Application engineer should have a good grasp of interdisciplinary coordination, especially with mechanical, piping, structural, electrical, and instrumentation disciplines, and should be familiar with the associated documents and drawings
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively, across job functions
  • Ability to think strategically and execute tactically
  • Ability to travel up to 20%
  • High energy, teamwork focused attitude
