Business Services

The Administration & Technical Coordinator role provides technical and administrative support to the organisation, with a focus on smooth running and efficiency.   Co-ordinating activities across departments to ensure smooth workflow and communication.

The BMS & Document Control Lead provides leadership of Information Management (IM) and Business Management Systems (BMS) to ensure best practice execution.  Acts as the IM & BMS Authority to safeguard, support and assure the Asset Integrity and Process Safety of all Assets through Information Management.  

The Buyer is responsible for supporting our business in ensuring delivery of high-quality Purchase Orders with vendors, supporting continuous process improvements and operational efficiency/productivity gains across the business.  

The role owner leads the end-to-end contract lifecycle management and strategic sourcing across key categories, delivering commercial value, managing supplier performance, and ensuring risk-controlled, compliant procurement aligned with business objectives.

The Head of HR role works closely with, and provides coaching to, managers to build their people capability, plan and manage talent and develop approaches that achieve shared organisational objectives.

The role is accountable for leading IS operations and support to efficiently and securely manage Applications, Infrastructure and Networks, supporting the company's business strategy and objectives.  Owns and manages the outsourced IS service delivery and contract management.

The role owner provides supply chain leadership across contracting, procurement, logistics, and inventory, driving cost optimisation, governance, and performance while ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient operations aligned with business strategy.

The HR Advisor supports the provision of HR advice, processes, policies and coordination, with the aim of delivering a timely, consistent and credible HR service across all business areas.

The Information Systems (IS) Support Analyst is responsible for providing technical support and assistance to users within Spirit Energy offering prompt and accurate feedback.   The IT Service Support Analyst ensures that the company's EUC environment is running smoothly and efficiently.  

Finance

Responsible for preparing and supporting the delivery of all month-end, interim, and year-end financial close processes; assist in the preparation and delivery of statutory accounts, ensuring compliance with relevant standards.

Responsible for the day to day running within AP/AR team interacting with the business and suppliers to ensure payments are correct and on time.

Responsible for the seamless execution of the inhouse AP process using Medius AP automation software; aligning AP processes across the business to one methodology, maximising the Medius software tool and creating efficiencies for the internal processes.

Responsible for supporting to the asset in decision making and managing performance against budgets and forecasts; facilitating the Business Planning and forecasting process delivering accurate and timely forecasts, including Plan, Latest Views (LVs), and Group Forecasts.

Responsible for providing granularity and control to budget holders of operations, maintenance, inspection, modifications and capital budgets; supporting cost control of key services contracts and assuring the procure to pay process is being followed.

Responsible for supporting the Cost Control Lead in providing control to budget holders; supporting cost control of key services contracts and assuring the procure to pay process is being followed.

Responsible for leading financial accounting, statutory reporting, and audit processes while maintaining robust financial controls and governance, managing working capital and tax compliance and supporting consolidation activities.

The G&A, Controls and Risk Lead will be responsible for G&A forecasting, variance analysis, actuals reporting, performance reporting, time writing and allocation reporting.  Re-designing of the G&A allocation mechanism

Responsible for delivering expert legal support across commercial, operational, and regulatory matters, provides support in dispute resolution, and external counsel, while representing the company in key industry legal forums.

Responsible for the successful delivery of all month-end, interim, and year-end financial close processes including impairment and decommissioning; support Corporate Accounting processes in the preparation and delivery of statutory accounts, ensuring compliance with relevant standards.

Responsible for delivering high-quality management reporting and financial analysis to support decision-making and performance improvement across the Asset.

Responsible for compliant, effective, accurate and timely reporting of tax for management, regulatory and statutory purposes; providing advice to the business and driving value creation through interacting and communication of tax relevant aspects influencing decision making.

Performs high quality financial analysis to support delivery of the business’s finance objectives and in doing so aids commercialisation of Spirit’s portfolio of energy transition opportunities.

HSE & Assurance

Responsible for ensuring that asset integrity risks are identified, assessed, and controlled throughout the asset lifecycle. Provide technical authority over integrity management systems, standards, and performance.

The Engineering Authority provides technical assurance, governance, and decision-making authority to ensure engineering activities are safe, compliant, and aligned with company standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practice.  

The Environmental Lead Role provides technical guidance and advice concerning the HSES Management system and associated environmental matters across the Morecambe Hub assets.  

The HSE Advisor Onshore provides direct, sustainable and reliable HSE support, guidance and appropriate challenge to operations in support of the Morecambe Hub assets.

Provides technical governance, assurance and leadership for maintenance strategies, maintenance management systems, and asset care standards across the operating assets.  Ensures that maintenance practices and systems protect process safety, asset integrity, reliability, and regulatory compliance.

Responsible for the effective deployment, governance, and optimisation of maintenance management systems used across the operating assets.  Ensures that maintenance systems, processes, and data support safe, compliant, and efficient asset management.

The Technical Safety Lead role acts as the Technical Safety Technical Authority to safeguard, support and assure the integrity and process safety of the Morecambe Hub assets.  Leads the delivery of Technical Safety activities and plans, including those relating to end of asset life.  

Provides HSE leadership of the Morecambe Hub health, safety and environmental team to develop, sustain and drive a culture that delivers high levels of health and safety performance.

Operations and Maintenance

Responsible for providing strong, visible leadership to site operational teams, ensuring the safe, efficient, and compliant delivery of terminal production operations. The role is legally responsible for all assets at the Onshore Terminal and is accountable for maintaining full adherence to Safe Systems of Work and the Operating Integrity Framework.

Responsible for implementing and continuously improving the asset planning process, ensures consistency, rigor, and alignment with industry best practice to support safe, efficient, and reliable operations. The role plays a key part in enabling delivery of operational and maintenance activities across the asset.

The Production and Subsurface Lead is accountable for generating production forecasts and monitoring performance to ensure we maximise economic hydrocarbon production from the Morecambe asset to the end of field life.

Provides Production Technology support to the Asset team to ensure economic production from Morecambe is maximised every day to the end of field life.

Provides high-quality control systems engineering support ensuring the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of Morecambe Hub control systems and associated equipment.

Provides high-quality electrical engineering support ensuring the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of Morecambe Hub electrical systems.

Provides high-quality mechanical engineering support ensuring the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of Morecambe Hub instrumentation and associated equipment.

Provides high-quality mechanical engineering support ensuring the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of Morecambe Hub mechanical systems and equipment.

Responsible for ensuring the availability, integrity, and lifecycle management of maintenance spares and repairable equipment to support safe, reliable, and compliant asset operations.  Ensures that critical spares, repair strategies, and inventory controls are aligned with asset criticality, maintenance strategies, and regulatory requirements.

Responsible for developing, implementing, and continuously improving the integrated asset planning process to support safe, efficient, and reliable offshore operations. Ensures plans are robust, prioritised, and aligned with asset objectives.

Responsible for coordinating and optimising offshore maintenance activities to ensure safe, efficient, and timely execution of work. The role ensures integration of preventive and corrective maintenance within resource and operational constraints.

Provides high-quality process engineering support ensuring the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of Morecambe Hub process systems and equipment.

Production

Responsible for supporting safe, efficient, and optimised production operations through the effective application of the production framework (PLR) and performance monitoring processes. The role provides technical and operational support to ensure production systems are performing reliably.

Responsible for supporting the safe, efficient, and well-prepared execution of operational and maintenance activities through robust long-term planning and work preparation. The role plays a key part in campaign planning and Turnaround (TAR) Integrated Control Centre coordination, ensuring operational readiness.

Responsible for providing front-line operational support to ensure the safe, compliant, and efficient execution of production and maintenance activities on site. The role delivers critical field-based assurance through activities such as HIC development, gas testing, isolation verification, and integrity checks.

Provides conceptual technical, financial, commercial and policy input to the commercialisation of Spirit’s portfolio of energy transition opportunities. Responsible for actively seeking and defining value propositions, underpinned by sound early-stage analysis, for consideration by the Leadership Team.

Provides commercial subject matter expertise to enable the commercialisation of Spirit’s portfolio of energy transition opportunities.  Responsible for the negotiation, drafting, execution, and day-to-day management support of all commercial agreements in the business.

Provides reliable HSE support, guidance, expert insights, strategic direction, and appropriate challenge to help enable commercialisation of Spirit’s portfolio of energy transition opportunities.  

Establishes, leads and maintains the project management office (PMO) for the MNZ portfolio, provides governance, control, assurance and decision support across the full project lifecycle to aid the successful commercialisation of Spirit’s portfolio of energy transition opportunities.

The job holder is one of a team of Production Technicians operating the onshore gas processing terminals. Emphasis is placed on the planning of work and control of activities during each daily shift and the handover between shifts must be comprehensive and thorough.

CCS & New Energies

Provides detailed economic and unit cost analysis to support the commercialisation of Spirit’s portfolio of energy transition opportunities. Owner of economic models, analysis and value optimisation insights.

Responsible for actively seeking and defining value propositions, underpinned by sound early-stage analysis, for consideration by the Leadership Team.

Provides commercial subject matter expertise to enable the commercialisation of Spirit’s portfolio of energy transition opportunities.  Responsible for the negotiation, drafting, execution, and day-to-day management support of all commercial agreements in the business.

Provides administrative support including diary management, facilities management, travel bookings, events, reception duties, and other such activities, and in doing so enables the organisation to successfully commercialise its CCS and new energies portfolio.

Transportation & Storage

Leads end-to-end contract lifecycle management and strategic sourcing, delivers commercial value, manages supplier performance, and ensures risk-controlled, compliant procurement aligned with business objective of commercialising Spirit’s portfolio of energy transition
