The Brief

This contract, spanning 2023 to 2028, encompasses both offshore and onshore installations, including corrective and fault clearance works on electro-technical, mechanical, structural, and automation components. Orion is providing personnel focusing on maintaining 13 HVDC grid connection systems in Germany, which include offshore converter platforms.

The Solution

The system provides an up to date overview of all personnel approved for work by the client, their current engagement status and availability for future assignments. This enables us to monitor and plan resources at scale for defined campaign schedules. It also allows us to quickly identify available candidates for more immediate requirements. Orion ensures compliant temporary contract engagements of over 50 personnel across Germany and Netherlands.

Orion has a multilingual team with over 3 years’ experience supporting TenneT projects, that provides dedicated 24 hour support for resourcing and mobilising personnel. Providing skill sets such as EFK Electrician, Primary Technology Technician, HVAC Technician, Fire Systems Specialist and many others. Orion’s global mobility team guarantees ease of travel and a safe landing for our workers at site.

The Outcomes

Orion can and has provided rapid response to live requirements, mobilising personnel from around Europe to be deployed onto offshore projects within 48 hours.
