We have a current opportunity for a Workover Supervisor on a contract basis. The position will be based in Algeria. Long term role starting in Q1 2026.
Expat role on a 28/28 rotation.
The WO Supervisor is the on-site representative for the Company. They are responsible for ensuring the work is completed in accordance with Procedures, the Work Over Program, Algerian regulations, HSE policy and procedures, procedures.

Required Experience:
- Minimum 12 years of experience, which include working as operator/contractor WO supervisor, with the last 5 years as Day WO Supervisor for operator. Experience in completion engineering and as toolpusher is an advantage.
- Ability to supervise both drilling and completion operations.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Landmark software “OPEN WELLS”.
- Highly proficient in English, written and spoken. Knowledge of French and Arabic is an advantage
- Valid IWCF well control level 4 (Supervisory Level) or equivalent
