FPSO Topsides Structure / Weight Control Engineer
Location: Paris initially, with subsequent project phases potentially in Singapore and South Korea
Status: Residential
Duration: Long-term / renewable

We are currently recruiting an experienced FPSO Topsides Structure / Weight Control Engineer for a major international offshore development.
The position will support the FPSO through the EPSCC phase, providing client-side oversight of topsides structural engineering and weight-control activities.
Key responsibilities will include:

• Monitoring FPSO topsides weight and centre-of-gravity evolution
• Reviewing structural drawings, calculations, FEM analyses and contractor deliverables
• Maintaining and validating weight-control registers and data
• Supporting design reviews and multidisciplinary engineering interfaces
• Managing structural/weight deviations, changes and technical queries
• Liaising closely with EPC contractors, vendors and fabrication teams

Candidates should have a degree in Structural Engineering, Naval Architecture or Mechanical Engineering with 5–10+ years' offshore engineering experience, including strong exposure to FPSO topsides and weight control.
Previous client-side EPC/EPCIC/EPSCC experience would be highly advantageous.
