  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities related to Treasury systems and banking access.
  • Process and maintain bank documentation, including signer updates, powers of attorney (POAs), account change forms, merchant requests, and other banking forms.
  • Support Treasury payment activities, including direct debits, reverse wire drawdowns, manual payments, and cash management requests.
  • Maintain wire templates within SAP and global banking portals.
  • Assist with e-banking user access, entitlements, and limits for global banks and provide oversight of regional banking access.
  • Exercise sound judgment and attention to detail when processing manual payments to ensure accuracy and compliance with corporate policies.
  • Coordinate directly with banks regarding transactions, documentation, services, pricing changes, and operational issues.
  • Partner with BPO teams to transition Treasury activities, maintain working files, and ensure deliverables are completed accurately and on time.
  • Support Latin America Treasury activities, including bank documentation, portal updates, and recertification efforts.
  • Assist with bank fee analysis, pricing updates, and related reporting.
  • Prepare and maintain supporting documentation for SOX, Internal Audit, External Audit, and Tax requests.
  • Maintain accurate records for bank accounts, authorized signers, e-banking users, and related Treasury documentation.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Treasury, BTS, BPO teams, banks, and other internal business partners.
  • Contribute to process improvement, dashboarding, reporting, and workflow enhancement initiatives.
  • Respond to stakeholder inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and escalate concerns when appropriate.
  • Manage multiple recurring responsibilities and ad hoc Treasury requests in a fast-paced environment.
What We’re Looking For

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate financial and banking documentation.
  • Ability to independently prioritize and manage multiple projects, recurring activities, and deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders, external banks, and business partners.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, dependable, and comfortable learning new processes and systems.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Spanish-speaking ability strongly preferred.
  • Experience with SAP and/or global banking portals.
  • Experience managing bank portal access, entitlements, user recertifications, or signer updates.

  • Experience supporting SOX controls, audits, or Treasury documentation requirements.
  • Experience working with global or Latin American Treasury operations.
  • Exposure to process improvement, reporting, dashboards, or workflow optimization.
