Orion Group is recruiting a Trainee Accounts Administrator for there successfull highland based client with a long history of delivering complex projects in challenging & demanding locations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assisting with the processing of invoices, payments, and purchase orders
  • Supporting the preparation of financial reports and records
  • Handling data entry and maintaining accurate records
  • Providing general administrative support to the accounts team
  • Liaising with suppliers and colleagues across the business
  • Answering the Phone
  • Organise training/maintain database
  • Monitor general email account
  • Process site paperwork
  • Internal plant allocation
  • Weekly Wage Payments
What We’re Looking For:
  • Strong numerical skills and attention to detail
  • Motivated and detail-oriented
  • Good IT skills (MS Office, especially Excel)
  • Willingness to learn and develop new skills
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • A proactive and positive attitude
