Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting with the processing of invoices, payments, and purchase orders
- Supporting the preparation of financial reports and records
- Handling data entry and maintaining accurate records
- Providing general administrative support to the accounts team
- Liaising with suppliers and colleagues across the business
- Answering the Phone
- Organise training/maintain database
- Monitor general email account
- Process site paperwork
- Internal plant allocation
- Weekly Wage Payments
- Strong numerical skills and attention to detail
- Motivated and detail-oriented
- Good IT skills (MS Office, especially Excel)
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- A proactive and positive attitude
- Full training and support towards a career in finance/accounts
