Our highly successful and innovative client, a world-leading brand for products and services in Industrial Heating Technologies is seeking to source a Technical professional to engage in UK wide sales and business development of their pioneering electrification products.
Candidate Profile
You are comfortable working in dynamic environments, tackling challenges, and finding practical solutions to complex problems. Independence and initiative are important—you take ownership of your work and are motivated by achieving results. At the same time, you collaborate well with cross-functional teams.A positive attitude, resilience, and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced setting are essential.
A valid driver’s license is required, and you should be prepared to travel approximately 20–30% of the time.

- Academic Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Thermal Engineering
- Minimum of 5 years of Technical Sales/Business Development experience, preferably with a furnace manufacturer or thermal equipment supplier.
- Experience in an international environment is highly valued
- Proficiency in Office applications is expected.
- Full Driving Licence

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and partners by making regular customer visits, building trust, and ensuring their needs are met.
- Identify customer needs and propose tailor-made technical solutions while collaborating with internal departments to provide comprehensive support.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within your territory by prospecting new markets and actively contributing to the commercial strategy.
- Conduct client visits, presentations, and negotiations, respond to calls for tenders, and negotiate pricing conditions.
- Oversee the entire sales process, from technical advice to financial follow-up and final settlement, managing contracts and ensuring comprehensive sales follow-up.
- Provide regular reporting and market insights to management and participate in the development of commercial forecasts and strategic plans.
