Technical Coordinator (Quality)

Overview
We are currently seeking an experienced Technical Coordinator (Quality) to support a major Oil & Gas project in Qatar.
The successful candidate will coordinate inspection activities, manage Request for Inspection (RFI) workflows, maintain quality records, and provide administrative and technical support to the Project Quality Team.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate Request for Inspection (RFI) activities and inspection schedules.
• Monitor inspection workflow and maintain daily and weekly RFI reports.
• Maintain Quality Deficiency records and reporting databases.
• Prepare quality reports, statistics and project presentations.
• Coordinate logistics and administrative support for quality personnel.
• Support document control activities including document registration and SharePoint uploads.
• Coordinate quality inspection coverage and resource allocation.
• Prepare monthly timesheets and overtime documentation.
• Ensure compliance with company quality procedures and project requirements.

Requirements

• High School Certificate or higher qualification.
• Minimum 8 years' experience supporting major Oil & Gas or EPC projects.
• Experience coordinating inspection activities and RFI management.
• Strong reporting and administrative coordination skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
• Experience using document management systems (SharePoint preferred).
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong planning, communication and organizational skills.
