Role Purpose
We are seeking a Technical Coordinator to support Quality teams across all phases of project execution. The role involves coordinating administrative, technical, and reporting activities while ensuring effective communication across multiple departments in a fast-paced project environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day coordination and administrative support to the Quality Manager and Quality team
  • Interface with multiple project departments to support quality-related activities
  • Coordinate and organize meetings, track action items, and ensure timely closure
  • Support preparation of project correspondence in line with project and company requirements
  • Coordinate site staff mobilization plans in alignment with business and quality teams
  • Assist in preparing weekly and monthly quality reports
  • Arrange business travel for Quality team members in compliance with company procedures
  • Maintain quality registers and trackers (NCR, CAR, audit logs, etc.)
  • Support audit tracking and ensure accuracy of quality data
  • Promote visible HSE leadership and ensure compliance with safety requirements
Minimum Requirements Qualifications
  • High School Diploma (12 years of study)
Experience
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a coordination role supporting multi-discipline project execution
  • Exposure to onshore and offshore facilities is preferred
  • Knowledge of project execution environments is an advantage
  • Middle East or international project experience is a plus

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent follow-up and coordination capability
  • Good problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask in high-pressure, deadline-driven environments
