We are currently recruiting an experienced TAS Coordinator to support the Project HR Manager on a major deepwater oil & gas development in Namibia.
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the mobilisation and administration of Technical Assistance personnel external to the Group, ensuring that resources are mobilised in line with the project manpower plan.
This is a highly collaborative role involving regular interaction with Project Management, Package Managers, HR, procurement and Technical Assistance companies.

We are currently recruiting an experienced TAS Coordinator to support the Project HR Manager on a major deepwater oil & gas development in Namibia.
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the mobilisation and administration of Technical Assistance personnel external to the Group, ensuring that resources are mobilised in line with the project manpower plan.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the HR Administrator on all matters relating to frame contracts and contracts with Technical Assistance companies.
- Implement Project Group Frame Contracts with Technical Assistance companies.
- Manage the tendering process through to Call-Off Order award, using tools such as VMS Ulysse.
- Coordinate interviews with proposed candidates/designees.
- Ensure the applicable Working Scheme Conditions (WSC) are correctly applied.
- Prepare the necessary documentation, including Purchase Requisitions and Recommendations to Award, to enable formal service orders to be issued through SAP.
- Manage contract renewals using the appropriate project systems.
- Collect, manage and maintain confidential contractual and personnel documentation.
- Coordinate with TAS agencies to ensure that work visa processes are properly managed and expatriate personnel can be mobilised smoothly.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date personnel databases and manpower plans.
- Ensure strict confidentiality and compliance with GDPR requirements.
