We are currently hiring a Talent Management Analyst for a leading semi-government organization in Doha, Qatar.
The successful candidate will support the Talent Management Manager in developing and implementing talent initiatives focused on employee engagement, succession planning, leadership development, retention strategies, and HR analytics.

The successful candidate will support the Talent Management Manager in developing and implementing talent initiatives focused on employee engagement, succession planning, leadership development, retention strategies, and HR analytics.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze HR and workforce data to identify trends and provide actionable insights
- Develop dashboards and reports for talent management metrics
- Support succession planning and leadership development initiatives
- Conduct employee engagement and retention assessments
- Collaborate with HR stakeholders and department managers on talent strategies
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and governance standards
- Support diversity & inclusion and employee development programs
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Talent Management, HR, or related discipline
- Strong background in HR analytics and reporting
- Experience with HRIS platforms and data analysis tools
- Knowledge in succession planning, leadership development, and employee engagement
- Relevant certifications such as SHRM, HRBP, or HR Analytics certifications are preferred
- GCC experience is highly preferred
