For a major energy focused business, we are looking for an interim Talent Management SME – Advancing Talent
Lead the design and delivery of talent initiatives across Castrol, focusing on succession planning, leadership development, talent pipelines, internal mobility and organisational capability building. Partner with senior leaders to strengthen talent outcomes and support business growth.

Key Accountabilities
- Shape and deliver talent strategies aligned to business priorities.
- Lead succession planning, development planning and talent risk mitigation activities.
- Support placement decisions for critical and high-value roles.
- Develop diverse talent pipelines and leadership readiness plans.
- Coach and advise P&C teams on talent frameworks and best practice.
- Facilitate talent reviews and evidence-based talent discussions.
- Use talent data and workforce insights to drive decisions and measure impact.
- Partner with learning, business and P&C teams to deliver integrated talent solutions.

- Degree in HR, Organisational Psychology, Business or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 8+ years of experience in talent management, leadership development, learning or HR.
- Experience designing and implementing global talent programmes.
- Strong stakeholder management experience with senior leaders.
- Experience using talent analytics and workforce insights to support decision-making.
- Vendor management experience with external talent and learning providers.
