You will focus on TA Compliance for specialized recruitment in a high-volume recruiting support role that places a premium on process and attention to detail.
Talent Acquisition Project Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Assisting on a large volume of job requisitions across business functions using SmartRecruiters applicant tracking system
- Partner closely with Recruiter to process focused requisitions
- Assess and review all resumes against the job requirements and document process
- Work directly with team manager to provide selected candidates to be reviewed by the hiring manager
- Provide status updates to Recruiter for weekly meetings
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process by providing clear
- communication, timely feedback, and professionalism. Maintain a strong employer brand through regular engagement
- Ensure compliance to state/federal employment laws and AbbVie policies and practices for applicant tracking compliance and reporting metrics
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, Degree in Human Resources is preferred with 3-5 years in TA or Sensitive Role Coordination
- AA degree required, Human Resources preferred, or related field of study
- Minimum 1 year experience in a professional, fast-paced recruiting environment
- Comfortable working in a high-volume role requiring significant multi-tasking
- Strong business presence and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail while meeting deadlines
- Healthcare/Pharmaceutical industry experience preferred
- Familiarity with Smart Recruiters ATS preferred
- Discretion, Confidentiality, Project Coordination, and Stakeholder Communication are vital to being successful in this position
