Orion Group Life Sciences are currently recruiting a TA Coordinator hybrid (3 days onsite)
on behalf of our Multinational Biopharmaceutical client based in Sligo or Westport on an initial 12-month contract with huge potential to extend.
 
The Talent Acquisition (TA) Coordinator is responsible for coordinating candidate interviews schedules, including executive and high-profile candidate interviews, for the Talent Acquisition team. The position is directly responsible for the day-to-day communications and logistical support for recruiters, hiring managers and applicants. Additionally, the TA Coordinator will provide administrative and project support to the Manager of Talent Acquisition and other members of the team.
 
Key responsibilities include:
  • Coordinate interview schedules and emergency schedule change requests
  • Keep recruiter informed of interview schedule request status, including email confirmation of receipt of schedule request and weekly interview request updates
  • Use of multiple databases and/or tracking systems to provide information, metrics & reports (Taleo - Applicant Tracking System (ATS), Background Screening, Travel
  • Arrange all candidate international travel, accommodations, etc.
  • Process all expense reimbursement and invoices on a weekly basis
  • Process background and drug screen requests and update recruiters on status of requests
  • Update Taleo ATS with candidate status and interview data
  • Provide high-touch customer service to candidates, hiring managers and administrative staff
  • Ensure a positive candidate/manager experience
  • Coordinate special events and activities (Interviewing events, open house & job fairs)
  • Responsible for compliance with applicable Corporate and Divisional Policies and procedures
  • Works closely with Recruiters to accomplish staffing goals/objectives and hiring managers’ and candidates’ expectations 
  • Prioritizes work assignments and completes them on time
  • Negotiates to adjust deadlines as needed 
  • Maintains workflow efficiency, smooth workflow operation, and high-quality standards
  • Other duties/responsibilities as assigned
 
 
Requirements:
  • University diploma or equivalent
  • A minimum of 2 years administrative or customer support data entry/coordination experience
  • Ability to work with and safeguard confidential information
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Prior staffing coordination or HR experience preferred
