Systems Completions Lead

We are seeking an experienced Systems Completions Lead to oversee Mechanical Completion, Systems Handover, and Commissioning readiness activities for a major LNG development project.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and monitor Mechanical Completion (MC), Pre-Commissioning (CSA), and Commissioning (RFSU) activities.
• Manage and maintain Systems Completion Database (SCDB) integrity and reporting.
• Ensure Inspection Test Reports (ITRs), punch lists, and exceptions are properly managed and closed.
• Review and verify EPC Contractor completion dossiers and turnover documentation.
• Coordinate system handovers from construction through commissioning to operations.
• Monitor subsystem progress and ensure timely project milestones are achieved.
• Verify preservation activities and compliance with project requirements.
• Support safe and efficient transfer of systems to the permanent operating organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Applied Sciences.
• Minimum 8 years of Oil & Gas project commissioning experience.
• Experience in Mechanical Completion and Systems Handover.
• Strong knowledge of ITRs, punch lists, certification gates, and completion processes.
• Hands-on experience with WinPCS, ICAPS, Hexagon, or similar Completion Management Systems.
• Strong communication, reporting, and contractor management skills.
• Excellent understanding of HSE requirements and safe system handover practices.
