- Ensure SC requirements are included during FEED in the ORP for all projects under OES.
- Coordinate alignment between project-specific SC procedures and OES Handover milestones.
- Support Completions & Handover Lead in drafting and reviewing ORPs.
- Monitor and maintain project SC software/databases to report completion status.
- Manage availability of OES resources for SC activities including inspections, walkdowns, check sheets, and punch list closeouts.
- Review punch list quality, verify closure, and maintain compliance with company standards.
- Facilitate timely review and approval of commissioning and RFSU dossiers.
- Provide input to weekly and monthly OES reports related to SC deliverables.
- Ensure project commissioning procedures, turnover, and completion packages comply with company standards.
- Higher National Diploma (HND) in Engineering.
- Minimum of 8 years’ multi-disciplinary experience in oil and gas industry, particularly in SC management and project coordination.
- Experience managing SC databases, stakeholder coordination, and project interface management.
