Administrator - 12-Month Contract
Location: Thurso, on-site

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an Administrator to join our client’s team in the nuclear sector on a 12-month contract.
This is a full-time, site-based role (37 hours per week, Monday to Friday)
The Administrator will provide essential administrative and systems support to the designated function, ensuring all tasks are completed accurately, efficiently, and within agreed timescales.

Key Responsibilities
- Carry out function-specific administrative processes
- Maintain data security and manage data transmission in accordance with company procedures
- Input, update, and retrieve information from electronic systems and databases
- Collate, coordinate, and verify documentation to meet departmental delivery requirements
- Perform general administrative duties including purchasing, typing, filing, photocopying, scanning, arranging meetings, distributing documents, and handling telephone queries
- Support facilities and project teams with document control administration
- Provide system administration support to end users
- Contribute to testing of data storage, tracking, and reporting systems
- Take minutes and prepare documentation for meetings
- Undertake management appointment responsibilities relevant to the post
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience working with databases and document management systems
- The ability to work effectively within established processes and deadlines
