Orion Group are delighted to be working with an Existing worldwide client based in the City of London. We are looking for an experienced Systems Pricing Analyst to apply changes to the companies retail sales accounts.

What is involved:

  • As part of the Sales Support Team, work alongside the Account Coordinators to ensure contractual pricing changes are implemented correct
  • Apply changes for Retail accounts, as directed by the Sales Managers. Liaise with the relevant Sales Support Coordinator to ensure updates are made in line with contractual changes
  • Manage the monthly RPI pricing changes for Retail
  • Apply pricing changes for the major Wholesale formula account
  • Send out pricing emails weekly to relevant addresses
  • Act as cover for the pricing portal when needed
  • Lead and the SAP Support Team on the annual RTFO price changes. This is a critical, time-driven task that is carried out to update formula in SAP R/3 and to apply these to customer accounts. Carry out extensive testing before implementation and once active check that the pricing is being correctly applied to customer orders and invoices for formula, rate and margin share accounts.
  • Update all manual pricing sheets (Excel Experience required)
  • Carry out regular audits of pricing on accounts, within all divisions, to ensure accuracy

Project Outline for 2021

Work with the SAP S4 Project team on defining the required formula to be set up in the Commodity Pricing Engine and keep that list up to date as pricing changes are made up to Go Live

  • Carry out testing, as directed by the Project Schedule

  • Participate in the cutover planning, as it pertains to pricing

  • Support pricing over the Go Live period and ensure accuracy on orders and invoices

  • Ensure the Margin Share functionality works as expected

  • Ensure customer pricing notifications are set up as required

Experience Required for this role:

  • Bachelor Science Degree

  • Knowledge of numbers and analysis, background in accounting would be useful

  • Ability to simplify problems into component parts and deal with them systematically

  • Proficient in MS-Office applications, particularly Excel

  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks

  • Previous SAP experience
