Supply Planning Transformation Specialist
Department: Digital Strategy Team (as part of Future Focused Planning Program)
$54 - $58/hr based on location. Medical benefits available at a cost.

Location: Remote with some travel

Job Summary:

  • Serve as the dedicated site transformation resource responsible for deploying the Future Focused Planning program at assigned manufacturing sites.
  • Guide the site team through the full transition to the new Target Operating Model (TOM), ensuring sustainable adoption of new processes, tools, and ways of working.
  • Bridge the gap between the central deployment program and the site, translating strategic transformation objectives into practical, site-level outcomes.
Responsibilities Include:
  • Own the end-to-end deployment of the Future Focused Planning program at assigned manufacturing sites.
  • Partner with site leadership and supply planning teams to drive adoption of the new Target Operating Model (TOM).
  • Conduct site readiness assessments and identify gaps against the target state.
  • Develop and execute site-specific deployment and change management plans.
  • Deliver training and capability-building sessions for site supply planning teams.
  • Track and report site progress against deployment milestones and KPIs to the Deployment Lead.
  • Identify and escalate risks and issues in a timely manner.
  • Embed new ways of working, processes, and tools at site level to ensure lasting change.
  • Capture and share site learnings to support continuous improvement of the overall deployment approach.
  • Ensure the site is fully prepared for post-deployment sustainability and hypercare exit.
Ownership, Accountability & People Leadership:
  • Fully accountable for the successful deployment of the Future Focused Planning program at their assigned manufacturing site.
  • Responsible for driving process compliance, TOM adoption, and capability across the site supply planning team.
  • Actively coaches and supports site team members through the change, building confidence and competence in new ways of working.
  • Presents site progress, risks, and capability gaps to the Deployment Lead to support timely decision making.
  • Champions new ways of working and supply planning transformation within their assigned site.
  • Identifies and mitigates site-level process gaps, risks, and barriers to adoption.
Influence & Decision Making:
  • Acts as the primary transformation contact at site level, with direct influence over site readiness, adoption pace, and deployment quality.
  • Drives alignment across global supply chain teams and site supply chain, operations, and leadership stakeholders to enable smooth program delivery.
Qualifications needed to be successful in this role:
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field (required). Master's degree or professional specialization in Supply Chain/Operations (preferred).
  • 5–8 years of experience in supply planning, demand planning, or S&OP in a manufacturing environment.
  • Understanding of operating model design and transformation program delivery.
  • Strong facilitation, training, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to identify gaps and drive pragmatic solutions.
  • Comfortable working independently at site level with minimal supervision.
  • Practical knowledge of SAP, IBP, or equivalent planning tools (desirable).
  • Change management knowledge or certification (desirable).
