Supervisor (Site)

We are seeking an experienced Supervisor (Site) – Dredging to oversee dredging, reclamation, marine, and port construction activities on a major EPC project in Qatar.
The successful candidate will ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently, and in compliance with project specifications, quality standards, environmental requirements, and project schedules.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise dredging, reclamation, breakwater, jetty, quay wall, and marine construction activities.
• Monitor contractor and subcontractor performance.
• Coordinate dredgers, barges, tugs, survey vessels, and marine equipment.
• Verify dredging quantities, excavation volumes, and reclamation progress.
• Ensure compliance with HSE, quality, and environmental standards.
• Coordinate hydrographic and topographic surveys.
• Prepare daily site progress reports.
• Identify construction constraints and implement corrective actions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Marine Engineering, Construction Engineering, or related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in:
  • Dredging
  • Marine construction
  • Land reclamation
  • Port construction
• Experience with:
  • Cutter Suction Dredgers (CSD)
  • Trailing Suction Hopper Dredgers (TSHD)
  • Backhoe Dredgers
  • Split Hopper Barges
  • Survey vessels
• Previous EPC contractor or marine contractor experience.
• Middle East project experience is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of hydrographic surveys and dredging quantity calculations.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
