Job Purpose:
Supervise offshore operational activities within the assigned work area to achieve and maintain optimum production levels in a safe manner. Supervise panel officers, operators, and field staff involved in monitoring and controlling equipment and process flows. Facilitate and support offshore operational requirements to ensure they are aligned with design specifications and executed safely, on time, and within budget until handover to the permanent asset.

Key Accountabilities
- Participate in the development and implementation of production procedures and ensure operational enhancements.
- Plan, allocate, and supervise activities of subordinate staff to meet operational goals and quality standards.
- Coordinate maintenance and operational activities to minimize equipment downtime.
- Ensure procedural compliance, work authorization, and availability of materials and consumables.
- Conduct inspections, enforce safety, and lead waste-management site audits.
- Identify competency gaps and recommend training and development programs for operators and nationals.
- Act as Incident Controller during emergencies, making first-line decisions and briefing senior management.
- Participate in risk management systems including RBWS, Re-HAZOP, and safety case reviews.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and ad-hoc operational reports for management review.
- High school graduate with a relevant vocational training program.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in oil and gas operations.
- Strong understanding of production equipment, process control, and supervision in offshore environments.
