Position: Subsea Cost Control and Planning Engineer

Location: Italy

Reporting to: Project General Manager

Role Overview:
We are seeking a Subsea Cost Control and Planning Engineer to lead and coordinate all project support services, including cost control, planning & scheduling, document control, procurement support, logistics, and administrative services. The role ensures smooth project execution by bridging technical teams and corporate support functions while maintaining compliance with contractual and operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage project service functions during EPC/EPCIC phases for offshore and onshore scopes.
  • Oversee cost control, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Develop, maintain, and monitor detailed project schedules; integrate subcontractor schedules.
  • Support procurement, contract administration, and timely delivery of materials and services.
  • Coordinate offshore mobilization, marine logistics, SIMOPS, and personnel rotations.
  • Oversee document control and reporting to management and clients.
  • Ensure HSE compliance and promote a safety-first culture.
Requirements:
  • BSc in Engineering.
  • Experience in project services/project controls.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced project environments.
