Location: Buckinghamshire (Aylesbury) | Devon (Willand) | Rutland (Pilton)

Contract Type: 7-Month Contract (ASAP to 30th November 2026)

Join a leading global energy player to deliver critical renewable infrastructure across the UK. We are looking for three dedicated PV Site Managers to drive the construction phase of three major solar projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • HSE Leadership: Ensure 100% compliance with HSE policies and support Site HSE Advisers.
  • Project Control: Manage site schedules, costs, and quality standards for the PV plant construction.
  • Contractor Management: Act as the primary site contact for EPC and ICP contractors, ensuring adherence to Method Statements and technical specifications.
  • Commissioning: Monitor quality control and closure of punch list items during the handover to O&M teams.
  • Reporting: Deliver weekly and monthly progress updates to the Head of Execution Onshore.


Candidate Profile

  • Education: Master’s or Engineering Degree.
  • Experience: Significant UK construction management experience, including at least one 50 MWp+ solar PV project.
  • Technical Savvy: Deep knowledge of UK industry standards, EPC/ICP contract structures, and environmental legislation.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to manage multi-functional teams and solve complex technical issues under pressure.
  • Mobility: Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle.
