Solar PV Site HSE Supervisor

Locations: Buckinghamshire (Aylesbury) | Devon (Willand) | Rutland (Pilton)
Contract Type: 18-Month Contract (ASAP to 30th November 2027)
Project Scale: >50 MWp Solar PVThe Opportunity
Join a leading global energy player to deliver critical renewable infrastructure across the UK. We are looking for three dedicated Solar PV Site HSE Supervisors to drive the safe construction phase of three major solar projects.
Key Responsibilities
HSE Leadership: Ensure 100% compliance with client's HSE policies and support Site Managers.
Project Control: Manage site schedules, costs, and quality standards for the PV plant construction.
Contractor Management: Act as the site contact for EPC and ICP contractors, ensuring adherence to Method Statements and technical specifications.
Commissioning: Monitor quality control and closure of punch list items during the handover to O&M teams.
Reporting: Deliver daily and weekly progress updates to the Project HSE Manager, Head of HSE and Head of Execution Onshore.
Candidate Profile / Education:
Master’s or Engineering Degree.
Experience: Significant UK site HSE supervison experience, including at least one 50 MWp+ solar PV project.
Technical Savvy: Deep knowledge of UK industry standards, EPC/ICP contract structures, and environmental legislation.Leadership:
Proven ability to manage multi-functional teams and solve complex technical issues under pressure.
Mobility: Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle.
