We are currently seeking an experienced Fit Out Site Manager to oversee high-quality commercial fit out projects in Bristol.

We are currently seeking an experienced Fit Out Site Manager to oversee high-quality commercial fit out projects in Bristol.
This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive Site Manager with a strong background in delivering fast-paced interior fit out works safely, on time, and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day site operations from start to completion.
- Coordinate subcontractors and ensure works are delivered to programme.
- Maintain high standards of health and safety on site.
- Carry out site inductions, toolbox talks, and regular inspections.
- Liaise with clients, project managers, and suppliers.
- Monitor quality control and resolve site issues efficiently.
- Ensure accurate site records and progress reporting.
- Proven experience managing commercial fit out projects.
- Valid SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid at Work certificates.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to lead subcontractors and maintain programme deadlines.
- Excellent knowledge of health and safety regulations.
- Full UK driving licence preferred.
- £300 per day
