Are you an infrastructure specialist who thrives on technical challenges and enjoys the flexibility of a rotational lifestyle?

We are looking for an Expert IT Server & Storage Engineer to join our IT & Telecoms team in Hassi Messaoud.

In this critical role, you will be the backbone of our core infrastructure, ensuring the reliability, security, and optimization of enterprise-grade systems in a high-stakes environment.
The RoleYou will take full ownership of administering and maintaining our server, storage, and backup ecosystem. This isn't just "keeping the lights on"—you will be driving automation, managing hybrid M365 environments, and leading L2/L3 technical escalations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Core Infrastructure: Administer Active Directory (GPO, lifecycle management) and hybrid Microsoft 365/Exchange environments.
• Virtualization & Storage: Support VMware platforms and enterprise SAN/NAS systems, including capacity planning.
• Data Protection: Lead backup and recovery operations using Dell tools, ensuring business continuity and DR readiness.
• Automation & Monitoring: Use PowerShell to automate routine tasks and SolarWinds to optimize performance and proactive alerting.
• Security & Maintenance: Execute critical patching, server hardening, and coordinate with cybersecurity for vulnerability remediation.

Your ProfileWe are looking for a proactive professional who works effectively both independently and within cross-functional teams.

Must-Haves:

• Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience in enterprise server, storage, and backup environments.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Technical Depth: Expert-level knowledge of Windows Server, VMware, and Enterprise Storage (SAN/NAS).
• Communication: Fluent in English (Verbal and Written). French or Arabic is a significant advantage.
• Skills: Strong PowerShell scripting skills and experience with monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, ManageEngine).

Preferred Certifications:

• Microsoft, VMware, or Dell certifications.
• ITIL Foundation.
