We are looking for a fulltime Senior Site Supervisor to work on a yard.

Main Responsibilities

  • Plans, coordinates and executes all operations at site / yard.
  • Plans, budgets, controls and reports on all operations.
  • Manages stock.
  • Instructs and controls all operations of subcontractors at site / yard.
  • Organizes tracking, storage and handling of all equipment at the site / yard.
  • Ensures availability of equipment usage history.
  • Ensures control of indirect and direct costs.
  • Contributes to future development of department and cooperation of department with other departments.

Skills/Education

  • Bachelor (Logistics, Business Administration, Maritime)
  • VCA-VOL or equivalent
  • Offshore First Aid
  • Communication Skills
  • People Management Skills
  • Experience with managing subcontractors
  • Helicopter view
  • Good command of Dutch and English, speaking and writing
  • Experience Customs
  • Experience with managing subcontractors
  • Experience as supervisor at a yard
  • Accurate knowledge with regard to Health Safety Environment and Quality
  • Experience in budgeting and reporting
  • 5-7 years' experience within Logistics
  • 3-4 years' site / yard experience within Offshore Industry
