Job description

Due to an increase in workload in the area we are looking to add to our existing team within the Inverness office with opportunities for both Recruitment and Senior Recruitment Consultant's.

You will be joining a multi-skilled team covering a range of sectors providing recruitment support to clients, offering both temporary and full-time solutions.

Key responsibilities include;

  • Business development, liaising with existing Client base to ensure expectations are met. Generate leads and identify new opportunities.
  • Candidate attraction.
  • Reviewing applications, managing interviews, considering candidates and shortlists.
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Attend recruitment fairs/exhibitions/seminars as required.
  • Candidate and Client management.
  • Providing detailed feedback to candidates and clients.
